What are Success Teams?
It’s hard to succeed in business alone. Success Team members help each other succeed by focused brainstorming, learning and accountability.
A typical success team meeting is two hours long breaking down into the following format:
A business education piece of interest to everyone in the group (about 1/2 hour)
A group discussion on how to best implement for everyone the business education piece
A moderated group discussion focusing on each owner, brainstorming as a group best ways to solve their problem.
Each Success Team is between 3-7 small business owners, in non-competing but generally similar businesses, or with similar overall business problems.
